Chakra Healing with Sandra O'Connell The chakras are energy centres within our bodies. Originating more than 2000 years ago, the chakras were used as focal points for meditation in ancient esoteric practices of India. Modern chakra philosophy uses a seven chakra system - with each chakra corresponding to certain human qualities. For example, your throat chakra is related to communication, and your heart chakra is related to love. When your chakras are balanced, you flourish as your most energetically aligned and vibrant self. Then, when you feel out of sorts, you can focus on your problem area and bring yourself back into alignment by balancing the overactive or underactive chakra. Aromatherapy & Flower Essences are one of the most effective ways of self-healing with the chakras. Each pure essential oil and flower essence has a vibrational match to the energy of a particular chakra point. Sandra will take you on a journey using her Raw Botanicals range of Chakra Flower Essences and Mists. This journey will help with any spiritual, physical and emotional blockages. Chakras are thought to provide subtle energy that helps your organs, mind, and intellect work at their best level. This course will be over 7 weeks, covering one chakra each week. Course will be conducted via zoom, a link will be sent to you once you have booked. You will receive Full size of the Chakra flower essences (7 x 30mls) and Full Size Chakra mists (7 x 50mls) an eye pillow to aid with meditation and relaxation, and handouts on the chakras to note your journey a work book will be emailed to you. Each week we will discuss a chakra, what it means and how to help with a chakra that may be out of balance. At the end of the course, you will be able to know which chakra will need more work and moving forward to be able to know what chakra you need to work on once symptoms present. Time: Tuesday Morning 10-11am via Zoom Date: 24th March - 5th May 2026 Cost: 350.00€ (early bird ends 5th March ) Full Price is 485€ There will be a What's App group available to post up any questions you may have during the week, and information will be put into their to help guide you each week. There will be no recording for the zoom meetings. Notes and slides will be available in the whats app group at the end of each connection, if you are not able to make the zoom meetings. Following policy applies: No cancelling, refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend. It can be transferred to another person with permission from Sandra. Please email me at sandraoconnellnaturopath@gmail.com If you are not able to attend on one of the evenings, please advise me prior. No recording is available or revision, only notes that can be revised by you.

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-7 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-5 business days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be.  Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first)

Free Postage for orders 60€ and over (Ireland & Northern Ireland only) 

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees 

International orders attract a 22.00€ delivery fee (Europe, USA, Australia)

If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

As of January 1st 2021, Brexit has changed the way parcels enter the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees when they receive their orders. These costs are being determined by UK customs at the border, meaning they are out of my control and Healthy Planet Ireland Ltd T/A Raw Botanicals  is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting my small Irish business especially over the last couple of years, for spreading the word and also for sharing the love. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.

Vouchers can be discontinued at any time, due to the owners discretion and are not in use when sales are on.

Raw Botanical products do not contain Synthetic fragrance, palm oil, or harmful chemicals. Sustainable packaging is used.

Our products are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. 

Individual responses to the balms may vary, so it's always a good idea to perform a patch test before applying any new product to a larger area of the skin.
