    Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-7 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-5 business days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be.  Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first)

    Free Postage for orders 60€ and over (Ireland & Northern Ireland only) 

    Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees 

    International orders attract a 22.00€ delivery fee (Europe, USA, Australia)

    If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

    As of January 1st 2021, Brexit has changed the way parcels enter the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees when they receive their orders. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.

    Raw Botanical products do not contain Synthetic fragrance, palm oil, or harmful chemicals. Sustainable packaging is used.

    Our products are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. 

    Individual responses to the balms may vary, so it's always a good idea to perform a patch test before applying any new product to a larger area of the skin.

    Some of our balms do contain Almond Oil and Tamanu oil. If you have any nut allergies, please do a patch test first or if you are highly allergic or sensitive then, we suggest to avoid all of our balms, due to some of the ingredients coming from nuts. Our Wheat bags do contain real wheat, if you have any wheat allergies please avoid.
