This is a soothing balm to help relieve restless and aching legs. It is really nice to use after an active day or if your legs just feel restless and you can't relax them to be able to sleep.

It is made with an all natural herbal oils such as Dandelion oil that helps calm muscle spasms and improve circulation.
 
Dandelions were chosen for this recipe because the flowers have traditionally been used for their mild analgesic (pain-relieving) properties. This makes them an excellent addition to products designed for sore muscles or various other external aches and pains.
 
The balm is lovely to use right before sleep as the oils also have sedative components that can help relax your nervous system and help you get off to sleep.
