Clear Balm (Sinus Relief)
Directions: Apply to neck, temples and forehead when congestion is present. Also apply to the soles of the feet, and the big toe and side of toe as this is the sinus reflexology point.
 
Relief Balm (Headache Relief)
Directions: Apply to neck, temples and forehead, soles of the feet and big toe as this is the reflexology point for the head area. Best results also with increase water and rest.
 
Bites, Stings, Blisters Balm (Cold sores, Bites, Stings)
Directions: apply to affected area.
 
Calendula Balm (Antifungal & Antibacterial, Cold sores, Dry skin, Eczema)
Directions: apply to affected area.
 
Muscle Eze Balm: (sprains, bruises swelling)
Directions: rub onto area that maybe swollen, bruises or sore. Do not apply to any open cuts or wounds.
 
Calm Balm: ( Stress, Anxiety)
Directions: apply a small amount of balm to temples and to wrists and to the soles of the feet.
 
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 8 years. Do not ingest.

I recently ordered the first aid box and you weren't joking about the bites and stings cream. I checked the mirror before leaving the house this morning and had a bite above my mouth, I put the cream on and covered with concealer and within 5 minutes it was completely gone, definitely bringing this on holidays with me, thanks so much

    Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-7 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-5 business days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be.  Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first)

    Free Postage for orders 60€ and over (Ireland & Northern Ireland only) 

    Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees 

    International orders attract a 22.00€ delivery fee (Europe, USA, Australia)

    If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.
