Ingredients: Rosemary, Spearmint, Lemon 
 
Spearmint – fresh, crisp and invigorating. Its bright minty aroma can help create a sense of alertness and mental freshness when you’re feeling a little foggy or flat.
 
Rosemary – traditionally associated with memory, clarity and mental alertness. Its herbaceous aroma is stimulating and wonderfully grounding when you need to settle your mind and get on with the task at hand.
 
Lemon – bright, fresh and uplifting. Lemon’s clean citrus aroma can help create a positive, energising atmosphere and is perfect for those moments when you need a little lift and a clearer-feeling space.
 
Together, they make a beautiful combination for your workspace, study area or wherever you need to switch off the distractions and switch on your focus.

    Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

    Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting my small Irish business especially over the last couple of years, for spreading the word and also for sharing the love. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.

    All Raw Botanical products are handmade in Co Limerick by Sandra O'Connell using 100% organic ingredients.

    Raw Botanical products do not contain Synthetic fragrance, palm oil, or harmful chemicals. Sustainable packaging is used.

    Our products are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. 

    Individual responses to the balms may vary, so it's always a good idea to perform a patch test before applying any new product to a larger area of the skin.

    Some of our balms do contain Almond Oil and Tamanu oil. If you have any nut allergies, please do a patch test first or if you are highly allergic or sensitive then, we suggest to avoid all of our balms, due to some of the ingredients coming from nuts. Our Wheat bags do contain real wheat, if you have any wheat allergies please avoid.
