This flower essence & aromatherapy blend helps to balance the energy of the root chakra and assist with focus on our physical body, connection to the earth and life force. When our root or base chakra is unbalanced, this often throws all our other chakras out of balance as this is the foundation for them all. 
Having a strong energetic foundation builds solidity which allows us to hold firm in our beliefs and make healthier boundaries for ourselves. This chakra is the root of our personal power and houses our sense of belonging so making clearer decisions, feeling more stable and centred as well as feeling more grounded and safer are all benefits of taking this blend. 
The parts of the physical body this blend will energetically support are: adrenals, kidneys, spinal column, colon, legs, bones. 
Blockages of this chakra result in: worry, insecurity, fear and a feeling of being ungrounded. 
If this chakra is too open, can result in: dishonesty, not trusting and defensiveness.
 
Ingredients: Combination of Essential oils and Australian Bush flower essences
 
Directions: Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in. Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms or even on your pillow before bed. 
 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

    Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.

    Raw Botanical products do not contain Synthetic fragrance, palm oil, or harmful chemicals. Sustainable packaging is used.

    Our products are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. 

    Individual responses to the balms may vary, so it's always a good idea to perform a patch test before applying any new product to a larger area of the skin.

    Some of our balms do contain Almond Oil and Tamanu oil. If you have any nut allergies, please do a patch test first or if you are highly allergic or sensitive then, we suggest to avoid all of our balms, due to some of the ingredients coming from nuts. Our Wheat bags do contain real wheat, if you have any wheat allergies please avoid.
