The Calm drops help to find time for yourself, to relax without external pressures and demands, as well as to wind down and enjoy relaxing pursuits
Assists in relaxing, unwinding and slowing oneself down. Our busy, demanding and fast-paced lifestyles can mean that we constantly feel that we are rushing around, consistently committed to something, always worrying about one thing or another and never getting any "me" time.  Seven drops of the Calm Flower Essences may help you to achieve inner relaxation and encourage feelings of calmness and clarity.
 
Directions: Take 7 drops morning and night under the tongue or in a glass of water on a daily basis (Adults and children)

Calm Balm 15gm
Calm balm is a combination of infused herbs and essential oils, designed to calm and soothe children, teenagers and adults in moments of distress or upset. Helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

When to Use: Anytime a child is feeling emotional and overwhelmed. Ideal to use after a hard day at school or when they are particularly anxious or upset. Also perfect to use as part of a bedtime routine to encourage sleep.
 
Ingredients: Essential oil Vetiver, Vetiver oil is best used to treat symptoms of stress and anxiety, primarily for its calming effects.
Lavender can reduce anxiety and help calm people in stressful situations.
Chamomile oils has the ability to calm & reduce anxiety.
 
Directions: apply to your wrists as a perfume, or to the soles of your feet before bed.
 
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

    Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-7 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-5 business days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be.  Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first)

    Free Postage for orders 60€ and over (Ireland & Northern Ireland only) 

    Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees 

    International orders attract a 22.00€ delivery fee (Europe, USA, Australia)

    If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

    As of January 1st 2021, Brexit has changed the way parcels enter the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees when they receive their orders. These costs are being determined by UK customs at the border, meaning they are out of my control and Healthy Planet Ireland Ltd T/A Raw Botanicals  is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.
